Because creating the slightest of resistance or questioning something that’s potentially negative when it comes to a woman, as we regularly do with men, means you have a festering animosity towards them.

There are definitely spiteful guys that try to dunk on them for double standards (and they should be flamed for it), but the defense for that has spread across the line and into casual conversations in the most over-offensive way.

Inconclusive DNA means exactly what it means, it’s inconclusive. GSR doesn’t mean much because you can get it just by being in the vicinity of the gun which we know Kelsey was. Kelsey is clearly an unreliable witness, that’s why I said Tory’s driver was the missing link. There’s no real concrete evidence proving Tory’s innocence
