I can admit I was wrong but you not gonna make niggas feel bad for doing that lol. Seeing this as a "one up on the other side" is whatevs cause reading through this whole trial I just see mad niggas that should probably be in rehab instead of the limelight which makes me sad considering how much alcohol is normalized.
But can you just tell me why did Tory himself say Kelsey didn't shoot her?

It was a drunk situation that as unfortunate as it was and is she wasn't going to get justice from the criminal system. Without clear evidence or testimony that Tory shot the gun .
The state are the ones pursuing this case and I bet Megan wouldn't have pressed charges if it was her choice. She said that she'd rather she died that night if she had to deal with all this on the stand and I believe her. She's getting eaten alive by the public and if this case gets thrown out then she's gonna get absolutely destroyed in the media

SilasFull Summary (Afternoon)
Megan Thee Stallion’s former stylist is on the stand now, testifying about what happened at Kylie’s house.
EJ (Meg's former stylist) said Meg and Kelsey went through a bunch of bottles at Kylie's party. Kelsey was so drunk that she started floating on the other side of the pool.
When Tory arrived at the party, Kelsey was asleep. Meg and Kylie went to the door and Megan started twerking at Tory at the doorway. They started drinking again.
EJ noticed that Megan's wig was messed up and he told Megan that he needed to fix it so they went to the bathroom. EJ realized the wig wasn't gonna make it and told Megan "lets go".
Megan didn't want to leave Tory alone with Kylie and wanted her, Kelsey, and Tory to leave together.
EJ said Meg was drunk and aggressive. Meg wanted to leave with Kelsey and Tory and EJ just wanted to go so they put the bags in Tory's car. EJ said he didn't see anything in the bag or any firearms.
EJ starts talking about his past relationship with Tory. He thought Tory was an a****** but grew to like him after meeting him.
He noted that he would drop Meg at Tory's house and how they went on trips and vacations together. They would constantly meet without security. He never seen Tory with a gun.
Odell Beckham Jr and Kylie's friends were at the party.
Kelsey and Kylie got along. She's the life of the party. Kelsey was a happy drunk. After Kelsey woke up after she went to bed, she sobered up alittle.
Kelsey complimented Kylie and said she was alot of fun. She called her a "vibe". Meg (drunk) said I'm glad because I thought you were a lame. Kylie laughed it off. EJ's antennaes went up and he realized he needed to get Megan the f*** outta there.
EJ said Megan didn't follow instructions when she was drunk and had no shoes. EJ says Megan is a different person after she passes a certain alcohol threshold.
They ask EJ if Tory had a gun in his swim trunks. EJ said Tory didn't have his swim trunks. He just had his boxers.
The prosecutors tried to hit Tory with bribery charges based on what Tory told Kelsey and Megan and how everything played out in the courtroom (Kelsey testimony + Meg's bodyguard not showing up)
The judge says no.

Makes plenty sense to me. Tory and Meg, despite what meg said on the stand, had a real thing going on. Baecations, f***in, bonding over their moms dying, the idea that he felt mad guilty that she got shot isn't all that farfetched to me.
I'm not saying that this isn't an admission of guilt though, it could be. But that's why I don't give these msgs much thought. Context is in the eye of the beholder.
What's the actual rationale for inconclusive DNA of his on a gun (that was found still warm) that he used to 'shoot' meg 5x?

I said it in an earlier post how it seems like primarily Meg's inconsistencies gettin put under the microscope when it's clear as day everybody was drunk af and nobody's stories match up
