Idk but the the expert brought in by the prosecution said the tests were inconclusive
The expert brought in by the defense, who did twice as many tests as the other expert (around 3k iirc), said they didn't find Tory's DNA on the gun but found a female's DNA on it.
If we believe both sides, we can't say Tory's DNA was on it
If it was they would have found it by nowThe cops found the gun still warm according to their reports, so it's not like he had hours to only wipe his DNA off of it
