She's full of s***, and the prosecution and the judge think something's up, hence why they're allowing the September interview to be admissible in court

But I think the damage may have been done

Even if you think she's full of s***, there's real physical evidence that puts her at the scene of the crime, near the gun, and she said she didn't see tory shoot her.

Thought the judge ruled the recording in September should not be used as part of the jurors decision making? Now they letting them see it?

Letting them see it because the judge thinks something is up so they want the jury to get the full context

It's really hard to just dismiss her testimony on the stand, because she said she felt pressured to do that interview.

And there's physical evidence that ties Kelsey to the gun. Even if you wanted to totally dismiss Kelsey's performance this week, you wouldn't be able to because of that physical evidence IMO
