Yeah like logically she is protecting Tory but on a gut level I think she really out for revenge because what motive would there be to protect Tory

Edit: nevermind money would be the motive but I still think revenge is the major factor

FULL SUMMARY (Afternoon)

Dr. Lee Haruno, chief resident of orthopedic surgery at Cedars Sinai, walked jurors through Xrays showing the wounds to Megan’s feet. He said they identified four metallic bullet fragments embedded in her feet, and they removed what they could during emergency surgery that night

Tory's lawyer George Mgdesyan asked Kelsey in his cross-examination if she'd had any contact with Tory or his lawyers or felt intimidated in any way, and Kelsey said no.

Has my client paid you anything?" Mgdesyan asked.
"No," Kelsey answered.
Kelsey added: "I would actually like to make that very clear. I've seen some things" from Meg's attorneys "and I'm tired of that line. So, no."

A lot of Mgdesyan's questions were about Kelsey's recorded interview with prosecutors in September. (It was mentioned in Ta's questioning that Kelsey's husband attended the meeting with her to support her.)

"Your goal was to incriminate my client and keep yourself out of it?" Mgdesyan asked.
Kelsey answered no.
"Are you afraid my client? Tory Lanez, Mr. Daystar Peterson?" Mgdesyan asked.
"No," Kelsey answered.

Judge ruled defense can call LAPD Det. Ryan Stoger to ask why he didn’t pursue Kelsey as possible shooter, but they CAN’T bring in Stogner's recent arrest on suspicion of domestic violence

Tory’s atty tried to argue the DV case (which DA declined to file) “goes to credibility"

Tory's lawyer, George Mgdesyan, said while he was "initially told (Stogner) was fired," turns out he's on administrative leave instead

Judge Herriford said asking about the off-duty incident behind Stogner's arrest would be "far more prejudicial than probative"

Judge also said he would allow prosecutors to bring in text Kelsey sent Megan the night of shooting that read:

“Should I get a scan at urgent care? My chest is hurting... My left side, back & neck hurt, but that’s from the fighting & him dragging me out of the car by my hair.”

Defense tried to exclude it, calling it "late discovery," but prosecutors said it was "critical " considering Kelsey has disavowed her Sept. statement that Tory assaulted her & pulled her hair

“The most important thing is that the trial is a search for the truth," DDA Bott said
