The Burden of proof falls on the Prosecutors.
The biggest thing so far that would sway the jury even a lil bit to Torys side is how much she's lied.
Apparently even saying diff s*** than the Prosecutors.
Creating doubt is the Defendants job.
And if one juror has Doubt. They will deliberate until the earth explodes.

Exactly lol. I don't know why this is so hard to understand. Prosecutors have to prove this occurred how they said it did BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. The defendant just has to sprinkle seeds of doubt.

Seeing Meg say that she would’ve preferred to not be alive was heartbreaking. I really hope she has a good therapist and a lot of time to at least heal in some type of way
