Meg was blackout drunk at the party (which others at the party have reported) and probably has no recollection of what happened that night. All these contradictions Meg is spitting out is probably because of that.

She’s not deliberately lying, she just filled in her memory of that night by piecing together other’s stories. It’s the only thing that explains why she’s so inconsistent every time she retells the story.

Something clearly happened a gun was fired. While I do believe Tory fired I don’t think the situation is as black and white as she describes based on her own words.

I think a fight happened between the women and Tory. A gun was pulled and a struggle happened over the gun which caused it to fire.

I believe she believes Tory tried to shoot her intentionally. I also believe based on the injuries bullets did not strike her foot but fragments from the bullets shattering on the ground.

s*** not much else you could do in this situation unless there is video in the car. What is to be done we are never going to have video everywhere. People can and will always lie to survive. Our system is broken
