WigglerIt doesn’t help that the court date keeps getting pushed back too. This has spent way too much time being talked about with no conclusion and it’s led to nothing good. I believe her but something’s gotta be up.
If industry people are just reacting to new info we don’t have, that’s one thing but what if everyones turning on her like this and it comes out that she’s telling the truth? I don’t think she’s done anything to deserve it.
NOT picking a side but this is VERY normal procedure for criminal cases in America. VERY normal
again not commenting on the larger thread in either way but it being pushed back means absolutely nothing. trials w publicity and/or for serious charges and/or for a plethora of reasons deal w a ton of pushbacks (something that does draw criticism when you have defendants who can't get pre-trial bail) this is a problem w our system in general

I know it getting pushed back isn’t relevant in terms of whether Tory’s innocent or not. I’m just saying it’s taking an extremely long time. It’s been 2 years now and we still don’t know the truth. One of the biggest issues with the US legal system is how long these things take. The Parkland Shooter was only just sentenced for example, and that happened almost 5 years ago.
