Gonna get back into this starting today, was on top of meditation habits going into the summer but fell off.
What I'm getting from this thread is to stay away from apps. Starting from the ground up again, should I try youtube? Or go without? I find it hard to get into the right headspace without guidance but I wanna work towards that.

When youre starting up again, theres nothing wrong with getting guided meditations from youtube imo.
After awhile though, its best to meditate with nothing but a timer imo. but whatever helps, helps.

practicing breathwork has helped me stick with meditation, being able to refresh my brain throughout the day has been super helpful

I thought about all the possible options tbh, that's my only out of body experience so far
Some people apparently can't picture things in their head. I forget the term for this. But anyway I've always been able to see a very clear and vivid picture in my head. It's muddier and cleaner depending on some variables but yeah.
Like to go to sleep I just imagine things happening and eventually I start to forget I'm laying in bed and instead I'm doing these things. And then next thing u know I'm asleep.
So I can basically make an obe happen under certain conditions like meditation and on certain d****. I never thought much of it until right now lol and I just smoked a lil so I'm very rambly lol
Gonna try and meditate when I get home later

remember the meditative practice has ups anf downs. In fact, the ups and downs IS the meditative experience, its the reaction to the ebbs and flows.
