NIGGA IT DOESNT WORK
"Dr. Manhattan (Billy Crudup) is not viewed as a villain at the end of the comic book; in the movie, he is. That's a significant departure. Let's ignore for a moment that the giant squid - which in the original pages of Watchmen targets New York, courtesy of Adrian Veidt/Ozymandias (Matthew Goode) himself - is nowhere to be found in the film version. Making Dr. Manhattan the bogeyman may ultimately unite the world against a common enemy, but in the movie, the common enemy becomes the vigilantes/superheroes/what have you, instead of a giant squid. So, the question at that point becomes what will the lives of the main characters in the story look like going forward? Probably not good, but there's no way to know. What's more, this ending paints the governments involved as innocent bystanders rather than the ones truly at fault for a world in chaos."
I dont see Dr Manhattan as the villain at the end bro

And A Squid would ve looked corny I think
The way Snyder did it was very Realistic
I felt like it could ve been real
So the Squid thing would ve Been grotesque af
the show was ight had some cool s*** in there and some dumbass s*** would have been way better if they didnt have doctor manhattan there at all
if he did the octopus he would have had to do the dissapearence of comic book creator sub plot that s*** would not have translated well to screen at all
You dont have to do the squid
but YOU DO have to do something more than Dr Manhattan who is aligned with america and created by america is famed
dr manhattan is like an atomic bomb
lets say a nuke randomly fired from america right now to 6 other countries
AMERICA WOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE NOT OUR NUCLEAR FIRING
Thats why squid or alien worked it was an outside source dropping a nuke on hiroshima, doing the holocaust and 09/11 all at once
shared world trauma
the show was ight had some cool s*** in there and some dumbass s*** would have been way better if they didnt have doctor manhattan there at all
The shows ending wasnt even very good lol the final episode tried to do too much and was too neat with it
I dont see Dr Manhattan as the villain at the end bro
HE IS
the show was ight had some cool s*** in there and some dumbass s*** would have been way better if they didnt have doctor manhattan there at all
ALSO F*** YAHYA TRYNA RUIN ALL MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS

again IF AMERICA ACCIDENTIALLY LAUNCHES 6 NUKES RIGHT NOW AND ONE HITS THE USA AND 5 HIT OTHER COUNTRIES
nobody gonna say "shit happens bro"
yahya morpheus fire bro its a completely different character he jus has the same name
ALSO F*** YAHYA TRYNA RUIN ALL MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS
THIS MAN YAHYA REALLY TRIED TO RUIN CANDYMAN AGENT SMITH DR MANAHATTAN AND MORPHEUS IN ONE YEAR
yahya morpheus fire bro its a completely different character he jus has the same name
Ik im joking
yahya morpheus fire bro its a completely different character he jus has the same name
Nah he needs a lil more to be absolutely fire he doesnt get to showcase enough in second half of movie. Also his fight scene vs agent johnson was cut
If he fought agent johnson with a sword
again IF AMERICA ACCIDENTIALLY LAUNCHES 6 NUKES RIGHT NOW AND ONE HITS THE USA AND 5 HIT OTHER COUNTRIES
nobody gonna say "shit happens bro"
