Jesus Christ the IO scenes are so f***ing slow and boring. Everything from Neo getting removed from the Matrix to the Simulatte Showdown f***ing sucks
The action is meh...compared to 1 and reloaded. Taken on its own s*** was lit
The train brawl, the smith fight l, the city attacking at the end, yeah I'm good
Yea that city s*** was so hard, they kinda over did the deflecting bullets thing, my only complaint there.
Needed more Bugs action scenes in general
Dude gave me Stockholm Syndrome
Wanted Neo & Smith to team up
Could you imagine the shambles, niggas would've been even more mad lol

Like mans is shown so much love won so many awards but he himself still had a period where he was going through it like any of us

kinda crazy how the only few scenes that are filmed properly are the ones that are the most boring
I feel like Lana had to film them properly because of the heavy CGI and props they have , they couldn't improvise them because they were the ones that cost more

Filmed properly?

"Another cool Easter egg:
When Bugs sees Neo at the top of the building and he briefly appears as a bald man, that’s director James McTeigue. He was an assistant director on the Matrix and did V For Vendetta.
The reflection we see of Trinity when she’s Tiffany is played by Sarah McTeigue, his wife."
Filmed properly?
I've talked about this a few pages ago
basically lana shot everything inside the matrix at 120fps ( just like Gemini Man for example) so she could decide later what goes in slow motion and what doesn't, so she didn't have to plan scenes properly.
That destroyed completely the photography. No cinematographer can work properly at 120fps. ( As you can see from both Gemini Man and The Hobbit, both filmed the same way, both look like s***).

I wish Lana had James direct this instead, he's such an underrated director. He was actually not an assistant director but the second unit director. He directed the fight scenes in The Matrix.
