they should be big enough to have 3 games in development and it seems pretty easy for them to make the spiderman games now

I fear Spider Man 2 will feel samey but I am in regardless. I still need to beat Miles but I had just beat Spider Man 1 so was kind of burnt out of the formula by then. Definitely hope there are other mutants in this game. R rated cool but not enough to likely differentiate it from Spider Man for me

Yeah i had to give MM a break before playing. I ended up finding it more fun playing as Miles tbh. Loved the winter scenery aswell

For how influential the Arkham games were, it’s kind of funny that it never really started any sort of trend of Superhero games, because that was more so Spider-Man’s influence instead lol.

I really hope Spider-Man 2 changes things up, because as much as I liked the first game, it never really did anything different/ special like the Arkham games did.

I played it for the first time last year I beat it . I definitely think bosses were overhyped for me. There should be different ways to beat them and more put into them by a bit. Feel like they were quick time heavy. Also the open world fun to go around but side quest and things weren't all that for me. I don't know it felt like something was missing so many years after Spider Man 2 PS2. I tried to boot up miles soon after I beat Spider Mann 1 on PS5 but I just was like "ahhh man more of this reskinned". Like I wasn't in mood. the Ubisoft like formula is something I can only play like once every couple years

You see it. Feed someone other than the superhero nerds. Especially with how many hero games likely in pipeline between DC, Insomniac, Marvel

Like Spider-Man’s whole thing was “Look! Finally, a good open world Spider-Man game!” And all it really did was stuff that should’ve been there in past titles. It doesn’t do anything remarkable, it just works.

It’s a good overall package, and easily the best Spider-Man game by far, but there’s so much room for improvement now that the stage has been set. I haven’t played Midnight Suns, but Guardians of the Galaxy has that extra flavor and uniqueness to it that I wish Spider-Man had

I think spider man 2 kind of going to coast on what we know rather than add enough new because they can get great reviews off that . Time will tell though. That’s why I said free them from super hero pipeline so they get some time to experiment and learn . Venom hype not enough yet. I hope first gameplay proves me wrong
