They've moved away from Feige directly involved everything to Feige having his own group ("The Parliament"). Nate Moore, Trinh Tran, Stephen Broussard are some names you'll see attached to a few MCU projects as executive producers. I like the fact they're getting more credit aswell, we'll know more about them when we're closer to release dates for movies.
