War Machine and Hulk actors were hard to work with it, Chad literally passed away and worked on those movies while he was physically Ill. I don’t see a world where those hold the same significance

Just make Okoye the Panther since they’re not bringing in another T’Challa. She’s already a warrior loyal to the duty of protecting Wakanda and would be more buyable than Shuri or Lupita fight scene wise as The Panther.

I could see Lupita character working. She already had the mentality of wanting to save people with that mission she was on in the beginning of the movie so maybe she does have experience in fighting already

Also she could train with the warriors. They get someone like Lupita in the MCU I hope they don’t waste her
