I would argue it very much is when we’re talking about the exact same relationship and no one had or has a problem with it then.

If you want to have the discussion that Sadie doesn’t look like she’s 24 (especially as presented in BND) and that may lead to a potential problem if Starkey is cast, I’m willing to have it and would probably agree.

But otherwise, I’m not going to anyone disqualify anyone over their age so long as it’s kept within a decade. Sadie is well into her 20’s, it isn’t a gray area.
