    Adam Driver Jewish?

  • Whatever the roster is, whatever the long term plan is, I hope Schrier and the Beef writers are culturally smart enough to know this team debut has to have the core cast of characters be parallel to The Wizard of Oz in order to be a smash

    Adam Driver Jewish?

he's not but he's defo jewish type as an actor. hes played jews in black kkklansman, angels in america and jewish coded characters in other movies by jewish director (james gray's new movie, all his noah baumbach roles)

the x men director jake schrier is jewish though and i think it wouldn't look out of place or feel wrong for adam to play a jewish character like he has in the past (but im not jewish maybe jewish folk would disagree)

I don’t even know if previous Magento actors were Jewish

I love how people are so attached to Magneto remaining Jewish

Wish marvel would make the announcements and get to show this before the leaks because currently I dont know

They weren’t but don’t they they have to be. It is a big part of the character though so intrigued as to how they make it work timeline wise.

  • Not sure how I feel about Driver as Magneto

getting the same actor as they had for Star Wars reboot is so uninspired its funny

I’m so glad they’re doing Magneto. Treat this like general public’s first X-Men movie

Disappointing casting for me but seeing him in action could change it

"I want a nation state like Israel of just our people"

  • I have doubts on it being true, Adam Driver has been pretty much avoiding big movies unless it’s an auteur director like Coppola and Mann. He’s focused on the indie scene

    Superman
    Batman
    Batman Returns
    Spider-Man
    Spider-Man 2
    Batman Begins
    The Dark Knight
    Iron Man
    The Avengers
    Guardians of the Galaxy

The most impactful Marvel and DC movies that set the path for superhero movies today, all spend time in locations that the audience wants to spend time in, presented through framing and color grading and lighting with a look that makes the audience wanna be there. Imo, apart from the X-Mansion, the X-Men movies lack the former despite a good handful being presented in a pleasing way. Thunderbolts lacked tremendously in these respects, to the point that I personally wouldn’t want to spend time in that film’s presentation of the Avengers Tower - one of the locations of The Avengers that I would wanna spend time in. I hope Schrier fixes this problem for his X-Men

See James Cameron classics for this principle done to perfection, as well as Infinity War

This is one of the biggest problems with Snyder’s DC films, and 300/Watchmen are the shining examples of it done very well
