Already see the storyline if Ned and MJ having a close but one-side love story (on Ned’s part) Peter and MJ connect inevitably because the universe sorta requires it; But because he’s sort of a lame now and not getting into MIT the only way he can get a shot at MJ is via Spider-Man. Ned, MJ and Peter are all kinda cool but MJ is falling in love with Spider Man and Ned who’s shown potential or having magic powers via Dr Strange is secretly practicing magic and becomes a Hobgoblin with advanced tech (hence his MIT access) and starts to go at Spider Man.

Id be surprised if they go all the way in with Hobgoblin in this movie, it’ll probably manifest toward the end of it with a cliff hanger leading into the next movie. This will probably be another trilogy or be furthered in the Avengers films

Also like that with Peter’s metamorphosis into the actual Spider Man and not a tech’ed out version shows that eventually he’ll be a leader in the Avengers/MCU. He was getting OP’ed By Captain America and Falcon in the earlier films. Was also very inexperienced and relied on Stark technology. So we gonna start seeing Spidey really maxing out in his natural abilities, but they’ll write it out how when Peter first becomes Spiderman in the comics and earlier films where he doesnt know how to handle/manage the shift mentally.
This will be the darkest Spider Man origin story we’ve seen

The Hulk s*** is definitely a lead into Spider Man’s entrance back into the Avengers. Or atleast them re-meeting Peter. without Captain America and Iron Man there is no leader and Hulk is the most fit for it. So it makes sense

But many of us want spider man to do his own thing for a moment especially considering avengers about to get vaporized in secret wars and reset . We know he will eventually be an avenger again but too often his movies are bogged down by busy work for universe

Yea, from what it looks like, theres gonna be multiple layers to this movie which will probably add into the chaos of Peter’s personal life and being Spider Man.
Marvel is notorious for intentionally mis—leading trailers so the tone and rhythm of this movie will most likely be different than the trailer. But it all seems necessary into the build up towards a fully realized Spider Man that’ll be a key player/leader in the MCU.

I think we’ll get plenty of street level Spider Man. Pretty sure he’ll be delivering Pizza’s and working at Daily Bugle

Not every spider man movie needs to serve avengers plot especially when avengers plot is about to reset and spider man isn’t . The issues with the home trilogy connect to serving the avengers plot too much

im willing to bet they wont go too deep into the Avengers s*** fully, they’ll just plant some of them in the movie because at the end of the day the MCU brand is to connect all these films some how.
What youre looking for is exactly why Sony has its own copyrighted version where you can get that fully isolated Spidey story
