Act 1 is a gang war between minor Spider-Man villains and scorpion
Punisher gets involved for some reason
Turns out they're all after the symbiote and it attaches to Peter

Act 2 Peter becomes more violent and he beats scorpion so bad scorpion gets stuck inside his suit
eventually avengers send hulk to bring in Spider-Man since they don't remember him punisher helps out Spider-Man and it becomes Spider-Man vs Hulk vs Punisher
Peter becomes more venom like as they fight but he manages to take the symbiote off of himself

Act 3 the symbiote goes to scorpion making him Venom and Venom goes after MJ and Ned (who don't remember Peter) and sadie sink/Gwen? Ned dies? That's all I got
