And if the Statue of Liberty is the end/climax battle…

And Ned and MJ are in the same clothes, that basement scene must be just before that battle ramps up. Maybe the very start of act 3

The “no seriously what’s your name” could really be the moment the two spideys meet tom.

And that would fit with 30/40 minutes of Tobey/Andrew footage if it’s close to the climax (same clothes)

Damn if they really slid that huge scene in the trailer using clever editing that’d be dope

When Peter says “me too” to shoot his web, same setting as the “what was your name again” bit. Look at the surroundings and Ned/MJ’s fits. The shot of Strange saying “don’t” then the web grabbing the box is from earlier when Spidey vs Strange begins
