I honestly think they are taking loads of inspiration from Raimi and Webb films.

I have seen a couple shots in this trailer that really made me think of those films.

Marvel is known for this doctoring trailers to throw people off to keep the surprise. I’m glad they do it but they f***ed up on this video it is clear as day.

Which is why I got an “ it’s just bad cgi” issue in 2021 even post pandemic because we’ve seen more practical than all this

them using stylistic influences from the movies tobey and andrew come from either in their respective scenes or just in the movie as a whole would b the cherry on top 4 this whole thing

I personally like the Watts / MCU world and side characters.

But i would say that Raimi side characters are better fleshed out characters… that being said i f***ing hate almost everyone as a person in the Raimi trilogy tbh
