It’s less about his identity being out there and more that he’s being accused of murdering Mysterio. Even if he’s cleared he’s still gotta deal with the people around him being in danger and the way the public will still treat him guilty. That alone is like 40 mins. Then you got the whole Strange and all the villains escaping and how he tries fighting them on his own and how he can’t win. Honestly really don’t see how Tobey and Andrew are necessary until the end of the second act so the time makes sense

I mean I could be thinking wrong but from what society knows isn’t all of Avengers catching bodies of henchmen and villains to keep society safe . Like I’m genuinely confused . Cops vs spider man hasn’t been an element in first two movies and he been all over rather than just New York . With footage of him or discovering his identity not really being a factor . Reminds me of Snyder Superman his identity and footage recorded of him not being a factor . Than his trial blowing up . I don’t see Peter Parker having a trial or United Nations tribunal about destruction or something so confused on point or “ consequences “ or stakes

Mysterio dying in a universe where half the population vanished than came back including spider man is like “ okay “

If credits are about 10 mins like usual then this s*** is 2 and a half hours without credits. That’s longer than infinity war

He also stuck all the damage with the drones from the end of Far From Home on Peter since he has the glasses. And I think you’re right about the charges I don’t think they’re gonna stick. The real damage is in how the public view effects him and his friends and family. Everyone will still see him different because the first thing they heard about him was that he killed someone. I think it’s enough to push him to ask the question to Strange

The problem there is that I don’t think these spider man movies have had enough of him interacting with the public or building his world ( specific of New York ) to Land all those punches . That’s just me though . I hope I’m wrong

Already seen more scenes of him interacting with the public in the trailers than the rest of the movies. I remember homecoming had a good couple cutaways but nothing crazy

I just hope we get about 15-20 minutes of Tobey in his universe just being Spiderman.

It would be nice to revisit that world for a lil while.
