No it is entirely produced by Marvel Studios and updates on previous MCU Spiderman movies were shared on Disney events too.

Literally no. Disney is only putting up 25% of the budget. Sony is putting up 75% and is the distributor.

Marvel is a production partner on this film with Sony. Sony has final say on what happens in the movie. There has not been a Spidey update during a solely Disney presentation

Comic Con is a different case because they’re not beholden to one company

Also if that was the case the Spider-Man films would be on Disney+

No, Marvel Studios have complete writng and production responsibilities on Spiderman movies. But you're right on the budget thing. All I'm saying is many news outlets and Marvel fans online are anticipating it on Dec 10th. Couple that with a Sony exec saying a while back that a Spiderman 3 tease is to happen on December.

basically its sonys movie but marvel makes it

we dont know how the new deal works tho, with budget and box office and s***, but if i had to guess id say it favors sony heavily, sony prob does least of the job (besides marketing) and takes a bigger part of the box office

Exactly. Everything concerning the creative process of the film is Marvel's responsibility, outside of maybe very limited story beats Sony says they can't touch on (like Peter dying or being unable to travel dimensions perhaps).
