They could have pulled off the multiple villain s*** if it was related to the Peter vs Harry story. For example Harry becomes like a mob boss after taking over Oscorp and puts a bounty on Spiderman's head. Sandman who just escaped from prison learns about this and goes after him because he needs the money for his daughter. Although I'd replace Venom with another villain (not sure who) because having to also incorporate the symbiote is too much for what's already going on imo.

It's basically Spiderman vs Harry via proxy at first and then they get to actually fight 1v1 in the second half of the movie. I thought about this for so long that I have a rewrite of what I think spiderman 3 should have been like lmao
