KIDBlNOIntroducing Richard rider would make a lot of more sense , seeing as they can have him act as nova for a good 10 years then have him pass the mantle to Sam , same thing with Johnny blaze
They should have introduced Richard Rider way before but they let James Gunn in charge of all the cosmic stuff and he hates him for no reason
