I agree it was a weird choice though. Took the wind out of his big return even if we know he’s gonna be back

I don’t think the villains are ever gonna be that interesting in any of the Marvel shows. I know Kang and Kingpin…. Kingpin might be an exception, maybe they keep in the show world as the big villain instead of the movie world?

I mean realistically what upcoming movies could Kingpin really be a big villain in? MCU ha move largely to inter dimensional and multiverse villains

Kang wasn’t even really a villain in Loki, I mean he was but he was just a variant and was barely introduced

I don’t think we will ever get a big boss battle in a TV show like you would in a movie…. It’ll be these small time villains like Flag Smashers, Agatha, TSM

Kang is still being set up, and my guess is they'll amp him up for Loki S2. At least Agatha was kinda interesting. Flag smashers were super dry. Kingpin legit the best TV villain so far
