dude yeah, i think that dudes theory is right. heres my take on it. probably wrong but heres what i think

Wanda sold her soul or gave up something for Mephisto to give her children, give Vision back to her. So he either gave her/boosted her powers to be able to turn a whole town into her own personal utopia reality. the people living there (visions boss, the doctor, dotty) are all trapped and can't escape. S.W.O.R.D agents are trying to break in and get her out + Agnes is with Mephisto and there to make sure everything goes well. That's why she seemed worried that Monica Rambeau (sword agent) was talking to Wanda and potentially convincing her to come home. And Mephisto wants wanda to have her children so he can possess them and create a powerful villain. Which is why Agnes wants to ensure wanda stays and has her kids.

There is a comic storyline that is basically like this. It goes like this:

When Scarlet Witch wanted to have children with Vision, but could not because he is a synthezoid incapable of procreation, she created children by magical means. What Wanda was unaware of, however, was that the souls of her of two magical little twins: William (Billy) and Thomas (Tommy) were two separate pieces of the five-way shredded soul of Mephisto. It should be reiterated here that Wanda was unaware that her boys had been born of magical means or that she’d “used” two shards of Mephisto. Agatha (Agnes) Actually saves the day in the story.

i can DEFINITELY see that in someway being adapted. I mean it already is with Billy and Tommy but MCU may change some stuff up to fit the plan they obviously have. man this is show is dopeee
