the character development they give Loki saying that him acting as a villain and like he enjoys hurting people is his biggest illusion, and it’s because he’s weak and needs people to fear him

that’s so simple but so so clever by the writers. Sums up everything about Loki so well.

they also kinda cheated by catching him up to post ragnarok Loki real quick with his projected footage from the true timeline but it works IMO and he’s still got the sass and grit from 2012 Loki
