Kinda off topic but after watching a bunch of Marvel movies on tv yesterday, how didn’t they include a scene in Endgame with Tony and Bucky?? Like Bucky helping Tony up and them exchanging a nod. Would’ve taken like 5 seconds. Instead they focus 10 minutes on Ant Mans van for some reason

I like to think Tony never forgave Bucky for what he did, makes the Civil War ending a lot more heavy than it already was.

Well it’s deeper then that really

Realistically speaking Steve could have signed the accords (with one hand on the wheel) taken lead on detaining Bucky with the avengers, told Tony the truth way sooner, told everyone involved that buck was brainwashed and everything would have gone over way smoother.

They would have been far more prepared for Thanos

Steve was acting dangerously arrogant

with understandable motivations and reasonings he couldn’t trust the accords.

He wasn’t there when Tony needed him to be.

5 years after the snap and they still weren’t talking? Yeah man, Tony couldn’t trust him.

True, doesn't seem in his character to be opposed to signing the accords in the first place but I guess that conflict was needed for the Civil War storyline.

Didn't like how hard line Cap was during the Civil War comic run either, finding a middle ground that didn't result in all out war seems more characteristic of him

Winter Solider established why he had a huge mistrust.

But still i just kept thinking “bro you can just whip the government’s ass if they get out of hand like in WS” you telling me the avengers just gonna cave to the government if they all don’t agree with one of their decisions
