this is like saying i made a justice league movie but i have no idea who Batman or Superman are
bro, what? are you seriously comparing these characters
why should they know about a random character YOU would want to see in a show? this wasn't a mephisto tv series.
its not a random character, mephisto is directly tied to the story of how wanda gets/makes her kids and to agatha harkness.

my guy. How are you not getting this?

facts
i dont think mephisto NOT being in the show takes any points of the show though, that'd be dumb if people think that
its the shoddy story telling towards the end that does

Yeah i’m more then ok with the character not being included i’m just baffled by the lack of comic knowledge these writers have lol
Hot take but MCU Scarlett Witch was never that interesting tbh
like after this show or before this show?
They shipping these two?
they ship any two characters that share the same screen with each other for more then 3 minutes.
In general (in the MCU)
I mean that’s fair, i think her story is a standard tragedy for me. I enjoy the story.

facts lol they acting like the writers have any say in whos in the show or not lol its all up to feige

this is facts though, idk why they dont just say something like that. or something like 'that wasn't the story we were telling'
saying they've never heard of him is just soo much the wrong thing to say about a franchise your working within

i honestly kinda think theyre lying? like just as quirky, question-avoiding, question dodging MCU press run s*** that they allll have to do.
but they just picked the wrong angle to go with

ME? I don’t care that much don’t come for me like that pt! lmfao
I’m talking about the actual press run aspect of it now, not the show
They worked to feige’s guideline on the show,
but
But I don’t think Feige himself would like that the creative team on the show are now saying in interviews that they don’t know the source material
I don’t give an irl f*** that they don’t know mephisto lol I don’t think about this stuff when I’m out in the world. this is a marvel thread on a forum! And this is the marvel tv talk of today since there’s no show on rn 💀
The ending for Cap was great for him as a character but I still kinda don’t understand how he’s an old man though. If he stayed in a timeline then the Cap of the regular timeline shouldn’t even be around anymore? That’s all according to the rules they’ve set though.
I don't get what's not to understand. our cap went to another multiverse and lived with Peggy for let's say 60 years then came back to our universe and he was old. he used time travel so he came back to the same moment he left, but he aged for 60 years when he was gone
seems straight forward unless I'm missing something
the only confusing part is that when he went to that other universe, there would have been an overlap when 2 caps existed at the same time (he would be living with peggy as old folks when young cap came out of the ice in 2011). but I'm sure he and peggy talked it out and it wasn't a big thing.
New Rockstars : it must be mephisto!
It has to be, he is behind all of this
WV writing staff : who’s mephisto? any of y’all know?
also there's the question of why was he sitting on the bench instead of re-appearing in the time machine. maybe we'll find that out soon. but I think maybe he had already come back to our universe a different way (for whatever reason) and was kinda chilling watching things go down in endgame and then walked to the bench at the moment he knew he needed to be there
lmao at him sneaking over to the bench right before young cap time travels away

All we need to know is Cap smashed Peggy and got his happy ending.
