That’s what I’m thinking. Someone ITT said Agatha probably just gave him super speed but that would literally be ridiculous and make her character OP as hell.

Yes, she can manipulate stuff and turn flies into birds and create illusions like that, but she doesn’t have the capacity to give a normal human being a whole ass super ability.

Peter had to have had it already, which all but confirms that he’s the Fox Quicksilver since Agatha confirmed that the MCU’s version is dead and on a different continent.

I feel like Wanda somehow gives him those powers inside of the Hex, subconciously or something
