Yes, Agatha was controlling him to fool Wanda, but he still has his super speed power, and Agatha wouldn’t have been able to give him that. There’s no other explanation for how he has the same exact power as the MCU’s Pietro but the face of Fox’s Peter
Why wouldn’t Agatha be able to give him that? She’s a witch she can do all sorts of s***, she had Wanda flying like a rag doll this episode and turned a fly into a bird before feeding it to a rabbit lol
