What did she do besides infiltrate Wanda's s*** and have purple aura? Everyone who has infiltrated so far has been a good guy, and they all been telling Wanda the same thing: to stop this s***

Wanda literally never had kids. Just like Vision in that world is not real (who, by the same definition, she also "cannot control")
