It is about 3-4 weeks after the blip.
In episode 4 we see Monica blip back and then there is a “3 weeks later” thing when she appears at SWORD, then she goes to Westview, so we can assume this is happening around a month after the blip / Tony’s death

nah and the fact they somehow got visions body(his own creation) under his nose is pretty bad but his technology is now about to be available without the intellect of himself to counter it
