Personally I think since the recent Election Disney is making a clear shift to appeal to Right Wingers.

It hasn’t been discussed much, but Disney struck a deal recently to host streaming for NewsMax on Hulu and Disney+. NewsMax is an Alt Right news network.

They completely threw Rachel Zegler under the bus for Snow White’s failure, instead of taking accountability for their own failures. And then started appealing to the Anti-Woke, “Go Woke Go Broke” crowd in their smear campaign.

They started cancelling pro LGBTQ stuff on Disney Channel annd Disney+ after the election. “Moon Girl”, and Pixar’s “Win Or Lose” we’re both suppose to have episodes that focus on Trans characters, but Disney completely scrapped them, and refuse to air them.

I don’t think Iron Heart’s lack of promo is telling if anything. It think Disney is clearly scaling back on their diversity efforts to appeal to conservatives and the far right, because they’ve completely taken over the internet, and that’s where the money is at atm.

I think since Disney made Iron Heart before this shift, they trying their best to release it as quietly as possible, regardless of whether it’s good or bad. And then when it flops they’ll go
“Welp. I guess ppl really don’t want Diversity 🤷🏻‍♂️”
