    Superman and Hulk are not as popular as Tony Stark in this century they’re just not

    The original point goes back to when you said nobody would want to watch a movie about a solo lesser known X-Men character

    To which I said Marvel turned Tony Stark into a household name, they’ve proven they can make people care about lesser known characters

    they absolutely could. a gambit or rogue movie rn would be a smash. imagine a nightcrawler movie.

    i mean how popular was deadpool really when that first movie came out? granted the marketing was great but a person is more likely to know xmen characters than deadpool before that movie came out imo
