It’s kinda crazy that we haven’t had a street level Spiderman movie since like 2017

Cuz even over at Sony they got Miles in his own multiverse lmao

that s*** is actually crazy, they have a chance to cook with the next arc/trilogy and the black suit but i can't see them committing to it

I hope the retro vibes for F4 are done well and not just a couple references like they did with captain marvel and making it a “90’s movie”

The teaser looked promising but agree. Need them to go crazy with the props.

According to some fans on here this is not desperate

    Can’t say I’m surprised

It’s not that he will lead the Avengers, it’s that he will be one of the lead characters for the film I believe

    Ah I see

Galactus looks wild, can’t wait to see more footage

If he’s unrecognizable then whats the point of him being in the movie besides just throwing his name on it to sell a ticket lol

You just answered your own question. Marvel is in desperation mode. They’re going to limp along until they can hurry up and reboot in 2027

So they could cast RDJ as Doom but they couldn’t recast Kang?

We don’t know that for sure yet. Kang could very well make an appearance in Doomsday

Why y’all keep saying this? Far From Home was street level, it just wasn’t the New York streets

There was nothing about Far From Home that wasn’t street level

Did you watch the movie? If that same exact story happened in New York, you would call it street level

New York and fighting small crime , having a job , going to school , balancing secret identity ( it not getting revealed multiple movies in a row ) , not having a suit telling him what to do or magic Tech like drones making anything too easy is part of the character of spider man

    Fumbling bad b****es too

You’re being technical. By street level in these comic book terms we just mean a plot that doesn’t have world ending stakes

No I would not for many reasons with how grand the plot got

To each their own . I honestly think even homecoming was limited on street level

Nah I mean more than that but that is also a step yes

Mysterio getting acres to drone technology that Tony stark had to the point happy comes on a jet is not street level gang

I think where they f***ed up with kang is they kept killing variants of him. I get it that’s suppose to get the other kang variants to go after the avengers because they’re killing kang variants now. But it make kang looked weak specially getting killed off by ant man. Imagine how hype kang dynasty would have been if kang killed Scott. Also I didn’t like how they were trying to tie kang to secret wars it didn’t make sense. It did feel like they were trying to replace doom’s role in secret wars with kang. In hindsight they should have made kang a mini crossover/avenger movie to get the new avenger team set up kinda like Loki in the first avengers. Then set up doom as the real big bad guy

They do need more LIFE to their movies on spider man side

Where he deals with normal human moments not everything needs to be a plot beat for some dumbass plot
