I think the Captain America branding is strong enough to have even the casuals come back. Then we have Anthony Mackie stepping into that role as a black man, + Harrison Ford (although Indiana Jones did s***), the Avengers bridge that is clear.

I can be wrong but I feel like this is the safest bet for success for Marvel right now (outside of Spider-Man)

falcon as the new black captain america is cool and it has appeal... but they already did that story in the tv show (and it kinda sucked?). i realize we cant scrap that show now since it already happened but really F&WS and Brave New World should have been 1 project

Black widow + falcon solo project then could have come together for the Thunderbolts team-up movie serving as a sequel to both (i know falcon isnt in the thunderbolts but he could have been in the movie in team up fashion, like how Civil War was basically a sequel to both the Cap and Iron Man series)
