Comparing the mcu to comics is 2 different things. Yeah the comic books have so much more room for creators to be creative with different stories because there’s 20 new ones coming out every Wednesday. The mcu doesn’t have time like that. Special Workers and writers are wearing theirselves thin to make meaningless stuff. The mcu works better when it’s all treated like a crossover event and each project is a tie in project.

now the mcu has grown so much with so many characters and they know anything works

as for the shows i doubt marvel had much of a say in wether they happen regardless, Disney obviously wants them to push it

and trying to make all of these stories connect like phase 1 would be way more of a headache for the average person

I think that’s why everyone (earth) , heroes are so light hearted now that major victory is still honestly fresh for them.

No one besides Loki knows about kang yet he is still looming in the shadows. Hell there might actually be kang Easter eggs in the previous series /scenes that we haven’t even discovered yet.

We’ll probably see the shift in more seriousness post quantamania

Only thing that’s irking me is the public not discussing aliens more and life outside of earth or more aliens immigrating to earth or talks about SWORD But I guess that’s coming with secret invasion
