Idk why they’re still called phases when 4 and 5 look like they’re gonna have no ending or anything

Black Panther : Wakanda Forever the ending of Phase 4

Thunderbolts the ending of Phase 5
Secret Wars the ending of Phase 6

    smile now

Avengers the ending of Phase 1
Ant-Man the ending of Phase 2
Spider-Man : Far From Home the ending of Phase 3
Black Panther : Wakanda Forever the ending of Phase 4

Thunderbolts the ending of Phase 5
Secret Wars the ending of Phase 6

I’m talking about story wise. Phase 1 built up to the avengers. Phase 2 ended with AOU Ant man is like a bonus song to phase 2. Phase 3 ended with endgame, no way home was just phase 3 because they didn’t know what to do with phase 4 at the time. Phase 4 and 5 just feels like a bunch of mcu projects.

There is no consistent ending to any of these phases, not really

aside from spiritually Avengers Assemble and Endgame

I agree that those other movies are kinda like bonus songs lol.

But I think the phases kinda make sense.

Phase 4 has been about tying up loose ends of older characters and their arcs, while introducing the next generation of Avengers. It will end with BP2, which is expected to have a post credit scene that reveals Doom was pulling the strings. Thats a pretty badass way to end the phase, and lets you know s*** is really about to ramp up.

Phase 5 ends with Thunderbolts, which..we dont really know what it will be about, but we do know it includes a lot of villains and questionable moral characters. Could be a pretty big film in the scheme of whatever storyline theyre planning out, no way to really know at this point.

The ending movies of Phases 4, 5, and 6 actually might be way more connected than we all initially thought.

    POTENTIAL SPOILERS BELOW

In the new detailed BP2 leak that surfaced yesterday, it’s revealed that the basic plot of the film is that Riri Williams creates a device that can detect Vibranium, and she has a teacher at MIT (played by Lake Bell) who ends up using the device, which detects Vibranium in Antarctica and also awakens Tialocan and sets up the conflict between them and Wakanda.

At the end of the film, it’s revealed that the teacher played by Lake Bell is actually Lucia Von Bardas, who’s been working for Doom the whole time, orchestrating the entire Tialocan/Wakanda conflict. The second post credits reveal that the Wakandans plan a mission to go after the Vibranium found in Antarctica, and at the same time the Thunderbolts are sent by the US government to retrieve it.

This means that the Thunderbolts are more than likely being controlled behind the scenes by Doom as well, and he will appear in their movie, closing off Phase Five.

And then he will certainly have a major role in Secret Wars, which ends Phase Six.

So what before seemed like a random trio of movies to finish off each phase, it now seems to be the case that they will all have Doom plotting in the shadows, tying them together.
