I have a theory that Disney/MBJ knew about chadwick’s (RIP KING) cancer and they “killed” off the Killmonger in the manner they did with the intention of him becoming BP if Chadwick passed.

He was going to be BP eventually but this allowed Chadwick to be the first BP
