even after that dope ass sky turning moment ppl only focus on the bad cgi
Says alot about u as a person and society
Im heaven
I’ll take a CG suit over the entire thing being shot on a green screen. To me the costume felt more real because it was in a real location. It looked otherworldly almost which kinda works. I’d prefer it was more like the comics where it’s implied Kanshu is just in his head and things are more street level with an actual organic suit but for what they’re doing they’re doing it well.
I like this episode but it felt good and mediocre at the same time.
Something was just off in certain scenes.
It was like whole parts were missing and cut out. Made the pacing seem all over the place.
So is khonshu taking full control when they unconsciously kill people or is there a third personality hidden in there

i’m thinking 3
there are elements of this show i love like some of the egyptian mythology being incorporated and that sky turning sequence. its wild, out there and fun as hell.
what i don't like are the character dynamics especially with Layla. it feels very written i see no real chemistry between the two leads.
overall i am enjoying it but i can't say i'm fully invested. the enjoyment is borderline passive.
So when buddy said he unwell he talking bout mentally like he got multiple personalities?
If so I would think the other avatars got it too seems to convenient to be just him
I’m liking the show a lot so far
I think a lot of y’all who are disappointed wanted the show to be dark like Batman or Daredevil when it more so gives me vibes of The Mummy & National Treasure
During the pyramid scene, it would of been a really cool moment to see T’Challa come in with the other avatars since the goddess Bast is someone Wakandans worship/power is given to the black Panther. He’s essentially what Marc is as well right?
i thought those were gods from another lore tho?
Layla is such a boring character. Her and Marc have zero chemistry, I'm not buying it. Marc turned out to be much less interesting than Steve, and episode 3 was generic MCU fare, which is disappointing because the show doesn't feel as far out there as the trailers built it up to be. It's heading towards straight formula and I hope that's not the case
i thought those were gods from another lore tho?
Maybe? From what I looked up Bast is an ancient Egyptian god. so I just assumed that since we’re covering Egyptian gods in this show it would of been a cool little nod to Black Panther
This show is great so far, easily the best after loki even tho i expected a darker tone.
Im enjoying the whole adventure feel it has going on,the acting from the main cast is great and the ost is very good, the cgi is a bit weird at times, the suit looks great but other things like the dog from the first episode looks bad, this is my only complain so far
Overall i think it has the potential to become my favourite mcu show
