Dec 25, 2025chip skylarkAs much as I liked this flick, my main gripe here is this nigga is an entire hurricane and ruined damn near everyone in his orbit much like Good Time/Uncut Gems but at the end he gets his W and everything is cool? Crying when seeing the baby when he was treating the girl like s\*\*\* and denying the kid up until the last 3 minutes :what:
This is like exactly wat I said but also I super understand this. He’s basically Micheal Jordan of table tennis and it’s like his passion and drive for being the best and winning overrides anything and everything in life until he proves himself and beats his opponent again. Like literally nothing else matters if u a competitive naraccist and the best at wen u do. Also Shordy he got preggo type just as bad as him. Cheating on her husband, faking abuse, etc.

Super good movie. Loved the score aswell. Timmy big one for sure. I do kinda find it funny to me personally it felt like all the supporting actors and background characters was super in tune with the 1950s character setting but it felt like Tyler and Timmy was just being themselves. They still did good tho
