idk why i even engage. the vast majority of people believe in forgiveness and redemption. there's just a very vocal minority of extremely miserable people who want to beat dead horses for the rest of their lives. very strange behavior tbh
aside from lack of forgiveness being especially bad for black people, it also just removes any incentive for people to change their behavior. if you're going to treat them like they haven't changed then why change?

Some of y’all just gotta understand that being reactionary and mad in a certain moment doesn’t directly correlate with someone’s individual views or what kind of heart they have. A lot of people have said or done things that they do not mean in the moment/long run. Forgiveness is a great virtue to have and one which most people do.
