I have found like 2 finished roms and the rest are in a state of purgatory, got like 20 things on my currently reading
i'm reading and up-to-date on:
one piece
hunter x hunter
berserk
jojo's bizarre adventure
black clover
one piece, hunter x hunter, berserk, and jojo's bizarre adventure are the mount rushmore of manga
Been taking a little break from berserk, finished The Golden Age and read a little bit of the next arc. Saw somebody recommend Takopi’s Original Sin. The whole thing is only one volume so I knocked it out quickly. Great lil self contained story, super dark and uncomfortable though. They just started putting out the anime last month, only three eps out so far but it’s getting incredible reviews.
have y’all read the new One Punch Man webcomic chapter yet??
anyone use a kobo for reading manga and how is it?
Thats fine
But you kinda can't read hi res scan on it
It's lagging as s*** when u do
Anyone know a good site to read manga and manhwa? Comick.io was just shutdown, I need a new site.

Aight, y'all, hear me out - Yu-gi-oh! The best shounen manga I've read!
When people hear Yu-gi-oh nowadays, they think of either playground card games, holding over your cards so that they wouldn't be blown away by the wind, or tryhard online games where you're just praying that you may relive that lost nostalgia. And what started that obsession most likely was the culture-defining anime series a lot of us grew up with. I'm on a massive Yu-gi-oh binge right now and of course I had to finally read the manga.
Forget the anime.
The Yu-gi-oh manga is one of the most ambitious and conceptually fascinating fantasy stories I've read. It takes a while to pick up, I'll give it that, but it doesn't take too long before you start growing attached to the characters. The greatest strength of the story is the character writing perhaps. It's still hard for me to pick a favorite between Yami Yugi, Kaiba, and Jonouchi (Joey) because they are some of the most iconic and solid fictional characters I've come across. Most importantly, Yu-gi-oh deals with the oh-so generic theme of friendship ever present in shounen stories. The difference - it does it exceptionally well. Like the best of storytelling artistry, I felt so attached to the cast that by the time I reached the end I did not want to put this manga down. I know the ending, it resonated with me all the way back when I finished the anime as a kid. It still made me cry. It's one of the best endings I know of in a piece of fiction. Yu-gi-oh's worldbuilding gets pretty crazy, yet perfectly consistent and always fascinating. And within all that, all that matters is your place as an individual and the bonds you built with people. That's honestly some of the deepest s*** I've seen in a story because it's so unpretentious about it, completely naïve in the best of ways.
The card game? Only becomes a major factor later on, the series is an ode to gaming itself. And when the card game comes in, it is far more consistent than the anime. Characters don't run 4+ bricks because Konami f***ed up in adapting the most basic-ass cards, their decks make internal sense.
The pacing is perfect. As I am currently rewatching the anime, I can tell you it matters a lot. The manga is crack.
The art y'all.
Kazuki Takahashi was a genius when it came to character and monster design. The anime and card game do not do these designs justice, my go-to example is Insect Queen. You can look up Fortress Whale too. And hell, all of the most iconic designs are his work obv - Dark Magician, BEWD, f***ing Kuriboh. Consider the fact it was one man who came up with all of these ideas and he made them all work together. Rest in peace to this absolute wonder of a human being who defined many of our childhoods.
In short, please consider reading the Yu-gi-oh manga, the anime did not do the story the justice that it deserves. One of the most underrated manga series considering its popularity and the kind of mainstream slop people will glaze instead. Peace.

Tad bit disappointed that I guessed the reveal during the climax, but I’m definitely still loving every minute of this
Yea the ending of 21cb wasn’t super satisfying but that was still probably the best manga I’ve ever read so far. Starting Monster next
