Strongly disagree, Maguire was lucky they didn’t gave Chelsea a penalty which it clearly was. Also lost the ball plenty of times and had 1 good cross on Rashford. That’s it. It’s a joke if you’re comparing the performance against Tiago Silva. Wan-Bissaka was also horrible on the ball. I felt they were scared against a mediocre Chelsea. If they played more aggressively with Pogba or Van de Beek and Greenwood they could’ve won this match.

Ole needs to let go of the Welsh Obertan and start Green, Cavani, or Donny

Would love to see both Cavani and Van De Beek in the starting lineup. It probably makes Rashford play better as well because it'll create a lot of space to football

Greenwood in the dog house. Pogba rightfully so isn’t starting after the Madrid comments. Maguire got away with the penalty grab - he made no mistakes though I can’t think of a better performance by him.

Anyway van de Beek would be nice to see more of him. Ole sees him as a more offensive player so reluctant to start both Bruno and vdb

I missed Pogbas comments, what did he say? I know Ole sees him as that, but that's why they lack offensive power. He builds a static defensive midfield to cover up the horrible defending. I get that. But Van De Beek proved at Ajax he can play box to box pretty well and do his defensive duties. They talked about that before the transfer so I think it's a little weird he doesn't use him more often. A player like him completes the entire squad. They lack depth and movement.

hey id like to see VDB take one of those holding mid roles too - we've seen lots of fred/mctom to know what their limit is. but ole clearly doesnt see him as that type of player right now.

Our major issue since Fergie left is that we don't develop our players well enough. Martial and Rashford should be world class by now but they're not, Pogba's obvious talents don't work in our team. We've signed so many players that just never pushed on and it's bc our management don't know how to do it like we used to.
