It's mainly cus we're winning and they all get to have a little part in it. You can accept players starting over you when those players are playing good and winning games. If the players starting are playing horribly and you're constantly on the bench when you think you can do better than them, you will automatically become miserable. (This doesn't count for all players tho, there are some who can't understand this simple concept and will think their coach disrespects them even when they play awful themselves and the manager has better options in their position)
