do you think mbappe is renewing just so paris could get $$ for him if he does move to madrid? Feel like it's a possibility
Possibly. Idk how they even let him get to the point where he could leave on a free
s/o van gaal as well hopefully he can beat this.
another one I wish worked out too. endlessly entertaining, full of personality.
I have 2 Ajax shirts from his 90s team would be cool if they'd play some of those vintage games on team once in awhile as throwbacks.
any Ajax players he can bring with him that are good enough? not that its even a hard bar to clear.

Louis van Gaal press conferences were goat, literally watched every one of them. If only the football was as exciting…
Thrilled its Ten Hag
Wanted the guy a long time now. Really excited for the future for once

Antony seems the likeliest

any good resources for his philosophy/play style?

There was a bunch of articles I read back in the day - but I can't quite pinpoint what those titles are now. But I'm sure googling 'Ten Hag a***ysis' will bring up similar, if not the same ones.
We're gonna finally learn to string passes together and press as a unit. Play with width and constant off the ball movement. Quick short passing. Youth development and attacking football at the forefront of everything.
I'm excited for Garner. I think he's gonna breakthrough big time under him. And VDB will be back no doubt.
That Twitter thread somebody posted in here recently was a good a***ysis I thought.

McClaren, Meulensteen, Stam and RVP

That whole video is class. Comes across like such a level headed ego-less guy. Hopefully he can handle the spoiled b****es up in carrington.
Had no idea he stepped away from Eagles in Eredevisie when they got promoted just to manage Bayerns youth team and learn from pep.
Obviously paid off and says a lot about his character.
is this Benzemas best season ever? what a player

My next avi when Big Body Benz wins Ballon d’Or
who are the Ajax fans itt again? are gravenberch or onana good enough to come in?
seems clear de gea does not fit in at all with the passing required from the back.
dalot at rb maybe could work but hes not good enough rn
varane-maguire aren't going anywhere and we'll have to make due there.
shaw idk who can replace him so he'll stay as well.
rice is too expensive but obviously defensive CM has been needed basically since Carrick retired.
pogba gone, use his wages on something useful.
bruno is more like a second striker so idk if he can play real midfield role but with the right 2 other midfielders it can work.
sancho out wide left is the only sure thing im confident of.
Ronaldo for 1 more season as a poacher type could be ok too.

Gravenberch has been very inconsistent this season, is still a player with massive potential tho. But I think its almost certain that he's of to Bayern. Same with Mazraoui. Onana has been trash since that he's back from his half year ban. Anthony is a very good player, but misses the end product a lot of the time (think Vinicius before this season) and is the biggest whiner in the Eredivsie at the moment, constantly diving and rolling. Timber is probably the best player at Ajax at the moment, has basically everything you want in a modern player, strength speed passing technique football iq etc. only thing is that he would be very small for a pl centre back. btw I aint an Ajax fan, but I do watch some eredivisie.
does bruno even fit with how ten hag played at ajax
Yes, Tadic has basically the exact same role Bruno has behind the striker/ as a supporting striker. But Ajax sometimes play with him as a false nine.

sounds like there are no de ligt/de jong calibre of players rn at least then.
and sounds like Antony would be annoying.

enjoyed this one

He may need time but this man is going to bring us back
