This is legit the reality and myself and others been talking about how these guys specifically at organising defence from the start of the season. It’s all down to coaching, Maguire may be too mentally damaged now for Utd with how many s*** performances he’s had but it’s largely down to coaching, set piece set up, drills etc. These defenders are legit elites under their national teams and previous clubs

Mourinho style is really boring to watch at times especially when you lack creativity which we did at the time but he was so so much better than OGS. Imagine Bruno under a team defensively organised by Mourinho. Pogba was wc as a playmaker and had to also have holding/cm duties. Mourinho teams always thrived with a creative mid like Bruno ala prime Ozil

Ole has reached his ceiling, he has done well to get the club to where it is (or was..at the end of last season) now we need an elite manager to take us that extra step. Problem is who do you bring in to do that and not undo what ole has done. People crying out for Conte please no, mundane negative defensive coach is not what we need.

I would also prefer Ole to resign, so his status at the club isn't tarnished. Which I also think is the most likely outcome.
