Honestly not that bad, that’s about what I thought we were gonna get. Hope we get a winger instead of a striker though and another CB

Positionally they're aiming in the right places (for the most part)

But the big upswing in activity for getting into UCL is.. what we'd do anyway? It's just not enough

Maybe we can squeeze one more signing if we can get some more players out the door but the squad is pretty thin as is

Guys like De Ligt, Mount etc. will survive another year at least

hope we get 3 midfielders since we’re losing 2 (hopefully ugart is out the door)

Ugarte needs to go before the transfer window is even open

Good that he’s doing well there, hopefully this gets a club somewhere interested in taking this clown off us

Mount to Fulham heavily rumoured tbf

Zirkzee, Ugarte, and Mount should be out the door, Rashford and Onana too.

Realistically almost all of our squad could/should be moved on

It’ll have to be gradual though because we’re just not getting that much out and that much in sadly

Oh yeah. Just need to make a proper go of it. These little 3/4 player windows do nothing

Plus it’s kinda dumb as well shifting half your squad away when you finish 3rd. Many of these players have showed to be decent back ups, what’s the point in taking gambles on getting 10 new players in just for the sake of it when we have no idea if half are even gonna good enough for our bench. That’s what Chelsea is doing and it’s a disaster.

Rather keep some more of our current players and get in 4 or 5 quality players that we know will be good enough to be starters.

Like sorry but at this point why tf should we move on Martinez lol

We should be signing the rumoured two midfielders and left back

Playing UCL football we will absolutely crumble if we don't get a left winger and another striker. I don't particularly like our right back options either

Now those are starting 11 contenders, 4 big signings

The question after that then becomes what deals can we do for the one thing United have been allergic to for years, squad depth

Rotational options are almost never signed by the club and I'd argue we could sign a full bench worth. Who have we got now on the bench that you think could change a game or put in a proper shift - it's mostly youth talent to make up the numbers and Zirkzee

So 4 big signings and what like 6 extra back up signings? That’s what we’d need to get a full squad right. Never gonna happen.
