The momentum is with us, sure. But with Maguire banned, De Ligt in the twilight zone, and Martinez’ glass bones and paper skin, we have a defense of Yoro and Heaven for the next three games. We also still have to play Liverpool and Chelsea, so I wouldn’t say it’s a lock at all.

yeah that’s a valid point, however, knowing the state both liverpool & chelsea are in i don’t think there’s a chance that anything would change in that regard. honestly would be more scared of someone like everton going on a mad winning streak lol.

also looking at the draw it looks a lot less favourable for liverpool especially with the cup games against the toughest of opponents sprinkled in — and in the prem it’s literally two away derbies & the rest is just opponents they pretty much hate to play against (bar maybe the last two, but still unpredictable atm). couldn’t have more easier games in the past month & yet still managed to fumble brutally against wolves & spurs especially, those times are over tho.

and chelsea & united will face pretty much the same teams, maybe they have it a tiny bit tougher (plus two more fa cup games at least, granted they don’t fumble against port vale lol). rosenior is so lost though.

genuinely think one of those teams behind the two (e.g. everton, brighton) will pull an upset

We will end closer to City than those behind us. Would’ve gone astronomically clear today if the referee literally didn’t cheat

  • Bruno should be more respected than anyone from the Class Of '92.

Everton upset would be comical. Especially over Liverpool.

it’s gonna go down in the derby, might be the most intense one in years as both will have something to play for for once. first derby at hill d***inson too

genuinely think this could be a case where the winner of this game finishes higher in the table in the end

This only true if we don’t lose the Chelsea and Liverpool games

Nothing in football is guaranteed and we've been overall poor for a while now even if the results didn't look like it

I dont expect us to s*** the bed but I'm not going to be too comfortable at the same time especially with all that going on

I largely resigned myself to the possibility of Arsenal winning the quadruple last week, but then you watch a first half like this and realize it just can’t happen. It will be the end of the sport.

Yeah Bournemouth and Villa were both good performances to be fair

Forgot about Villa feels like years ago lol

Gunners turning on Saka. It’s a cruel, cruel world for these teenage wonderkids after they grow ip

Milked him for all he’s worth, playing crazy minutes only to go back and treat him like a dog
